Here is our Yealink T48s review based off our continued use of the device. This phone is compatible with our phone-system and can be purchased for a monthly fee.

Our Yealink T48S review:
Although the 7″ touchscreen Yealink handset is on initial use perhaps not as responsive as we have to come expect from smart phones and tablets – you actually very quickly don’t notice as it does not impede the use of the phone at all.
It is really the touchscreen which sets this phone apart from other desktop based phones – it gives you access to up to 30 configurable speed dials or BLFs (busy lamps) which can be minimised to display your top 12 numbers. Configuring the phone is also a breeze and the screen adjusts according to what is happening (i.e. if you are in a call you get different options than when idle).
Depending on the back-end system used, the phone can be used in conjunction with CRMs and click-to-call – and with the bluetooth capability it makes it a great option for anyone who wants to use a headset and dial directly from their computer. (We used the Plantronics Voyager Legend headset in our tests).
The T48s does in addition have wifi capability, but to date this is not something we have tested (it requires an additional wifi adaptor).
If we had a point to pick, it would be that you have to buy a bluetooth and wifi adaptor in order to get that functionality, but overall, this is a phone we are happy to recommend.
